"Yume Messe", is a facility in Sendai City that plays an important role in the local economical development of the Tohoku region.
Now we will introduce some ideas about how Yume Messe can be used in events planning.
There are three buildings in this center.
The main building is known as "the Exhibition Building"
We will show you how you can use the building efficiently.
Please note that the square footage of this building is the largest indoor space in the Tohoku region.
It has about the same area as a soccer field.
Additionally, the whole space is totally open without any pillars.
This makes it possible for the event organizers to design the space as they like.
These are examples of real events that have been held here in the past.
The exhibitors made full use of the wide, open space, producing many effective booths that met visitors’ needs.
Each event promoters can use this space in their own way.
Many successful events have been held at Yume Messe with its capacity for a large number of visitors.
You can also divide the space into smaller areas, depending on the scale of your events.
This gives the promoters a big advantage when planning.
The Exhibition Building can be split in up to three parts.

Exhibition Building

The most remarkable space in this building is the main hall which contains a 240-inch wide projection screen. With the use of this screen, your audio and visual presentation can be more clear and effective.
In addition to major events, you can also consider using this space for business trainings or meetings within for your own company. Some companies that actually used the main hall for such purposes went on to make great achievements.

Convention Hall

This meeting room, like the exhibition hall, can also be divided into smaller spaces.
The convention building also has a cafeteria, which can be used flexibly as part of your event. The cafeteria provides additional options for your event.

Outdoor exhibition space

This space’s characteristic is that you can think of the variety types of event use.
Using this space with the exhibition building is one of the good methods to gain more visitors. Of course, all the three spaces can be used at the same time for one big event.

How to access Yume Messe.

When coming by car, please take Sendai East highway road, and get off at Sendai port north interchange. From here, the Yume Messe is just 10 minutes away.
When coming by train, please take the JR Senseki line, and get off at Nakano Sakae station. It takes about 15 minutes to reach Yume Messe on foot.
Using public busses is another convenient way to reach to Yume Messe. Both Sendai city and Miyagi Transportation busses serve the area.
